2. Terms & Conditions of Business
A. Equipment Specifications
All machines are manufactured according to the technical specifications agreed upon in the final project proposal. Any modifications requested after the start of production may incur additional costs.
B. Installation & Training
We provide on-site installation for all heavy machinery.
Basic operator training is included; however, advanced maintenance training is available as a separate service package.
C. Limited Warranty
All new machines come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear and tear (e.g., seals, belts, filters) or damage caused by improper operation.
D. Liability for Operation
While we ensure all equipment is built to safety standards, the client is responsible for ensuring that all operators follow the provided safety manuals and wear appropriate PPE. We are not liable for accidents caused by unauthorized machine modifications.
E. Intellectual Property
Custom machine designs, proprietary software code, and engineering blueprints remain the intellectual property of our firm unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
